Highest alert level after coronavirus outbreak in Xinjiang, China

137 people have tested positive for the coronavirus in western China’s Xinjiang region . Therefore, the authorities imposed the highest level of alert in public health.

According to the state television broadcaster CCTV, the infections were recorded in the remote town of Kaxgar in the west of the region. None of the people who tested positive had a cough or fever, and all were in quarantine and under medical surveillance in the hospital
