Sweden – 3 more areas go into lockdown
Prime Minister Stefan Löfven said on Tuesday that three new Swedish regions will now be covered by stricter #COVID social distancing recommendations and announced that the number of people allowed at a table at restaurants nationwide would be limited to eight people.
Sweden has seen a surge in new infections in recent weeks, and on Tuesday registered 10,177 new coronavirus cases, recorded since its previous update on Friday.
