Covid deaths reported in Spain exceed 75,000 after adding 590 in the last 24 hours. Incidence rises for the tenth consecutive day and the curve clearly points to the fourth wave.

The 590 deaths from Covid-19 reported by the communities in this Friday’s report bring the total of this registry, which only includes deaths with a clinical diagnosis of coronavirus, to 75,010. These 590 deaths bring the accumulated weekly to 1,467, when that of the previous seven days was 652. As can be seen, the trend points to an increase in mortality, which indicates that there are still many active infections in older people. They are probably infected from a few days ago, since it is known that vaccination, from the first dose, reduces the severity of the disease.
