“Today we have received three more reports of severe blood clots or cerebral haemorrhages in people who have received the vaccine. We can not say anything certain about the connection, but are investigating carefully”, says chief physician Sigurd Hortemo at the Norwegian Medicines Agency.

Earlier on Saturday, it was announced that three health workers have been admitted to Oslo University Hospital (OUS) with a blood clot.

Hortemo says people under 50 who have been vaccinated in the last 14 days who experience feelings of illness and larger or smaller spots on the skin, should seek emergency care.
