Faroe Islands: 63% breakthrough in triple vaccinated heathcare workers
21 out of 33 hospital employees from the National Hospital in the Faroe Islands were infected with Omikron at a private meeting in early December. They had all received three doses of vaccine.
Through interviews with the infected and access to vaccine data, the research group has clarified that all infected had received a booster vaccine no later than 2.5 months prior to the event, and all had also been tested negative shortly before the meeting.
