Denmark’s Covid-19 trends report for Week 12 of 2022 shows BA.2_H78Y is still stable at about 28% of sequences. Other Omicron subvariants such as BA.1 and BA.1.1 seem to be slowly disappearing from circulation altogether.

The SSI have stated in the report that the Danish government intend to reduce testing for Covid-19 quite dramatically in future, so the value of these reports will be inevitably be reduced, and we may decide to discontinue to republishing them in that case.
